We operate an e-shop at the website www.antalshoes.sk.
When selling goods and running our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. These are personal data within the scope of: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, address.
For what purpose?
Based on the personal data you send us, we will then contact you concerning our offer of goods.
On what legal basis?
This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
If you did not provide us with this personal data, we would be unable to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for supplying our goods or providing our services.
How long will we process the personal data?
If we do not enter into further cooperation, we will process your personal data for no more than two years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you purchase from us, we will work with the personal data that we need from you to ensure we can conclude the contract for the supply of our goods or services. This primarily involves billing data: first name, last name, address, phone number, e-mail.
For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – delivering goods or providing services. Using the contact details, we will also communicate with you about the status of your order, or regarding complaints or any questions you may have.
Furthermore, we will process personal data to meet our obligations under generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling claims and the like).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.
If you did not provide us with this personal data, we would be unable to conclude a contract with you for supplying our goods or providing our services.
How long will we process the personal data?
During the delivery of goods or provision of services, and then for two years from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletter (commercial communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly refused receiving marketing communications, we will use your e-mail address to send our marketing communications.
On what legal basis?
This is processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest, which is marketing communication aimed at our customers.
How long will we process personal data?
For two years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing messages, you can unsubscribe at any time via e-mail or contact us at info@antalshoes.eu.
II. Who has access to the data?
Your personal data remains with us. Nevertheless, certain companies or other individuals may access your personal data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:
- the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Czech Republic, ID: 289 35 675, entered in the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file no. 25395)
- companies involved in dispatching goods (Packeta Slovakia s.r.o., Direct Parcel Distribution SK s.r.o.)
- companies involved in payment processing (Fio banka, a.s.)
- the provider of e-mail services (ACTIVE 24, s.r.o.)
We only process personal data within the territory of the European Union.

V. Your Rights in Connection with Personal Data Processing
Among other things, the GDPR gives you the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, to request access to that data, and to have the data updated or corrected or request restricted processing. You can also request a copy of the processed personal data, request in certain cases the erasure of personal data, and in some cases have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic, or approach a court.
