How to Measure Your Foot?
When choosing the right shoes, the proportions and dimensions of your foot play the most important role. It doesn’t matter what size you usually wear—shoe last lengths are not standardized, and this applies even more to barefoot shoes, which are designed specifically for different foot types 😊.
Antal barefoot shoes are suitable for normal to wider feet with a normal to high instep.
Measure your feet barefoot and under full weight while standing (not sitting or lying down).
Place your heel against a solid surface and mark the spot in front of your longest toe (be sure to hold the pencil straight, as an angle can distort the measurement). Measure the distance from the center of the heel to the mark—that is your foot length. To choose the correct size, you need to add extra space (toe allowance) for comfort while walking.
For adults, the recommended extra space ranges from 5-10 mm.
